Q. When will I receive my order ?
A. Estimated delivery dates are as follows :

Metro cities ( 4 – 5 business days from the day of dispatch ).

Rest of India delivered in ( 5 – 7 business days from the day of dispatch ).
Q. Through which courier will I receive my order ?
A. If you order is via COD (cash on delivery) then you can expect to receive it through Ekart | Delhivery | Ecom Express | FedEx |Expressbees . If you order is Prepaid then you can expect to receive it through FedEx | Delhivery | Ekart | Ecom Express | Indiapost | Bluedart | DTDC.
Q. Do I have to pay for additional shipping charges ?
A. No, you don’t have to pay for any additional shipping cost. Free shipping all over India.
Q. Is Cash On Delivery services available ?
A. Yes, we do have cash on delivery services. COD (cash on delivery) charge is Rs.50
(*kindly note that COD might not be applicable in all the pincodes).
Q. Why am I paying for COD (cash on delivery) ?
A. Kindly understand that Shipping charges and Cash on delivery charges are two entirely different things. Saj Ghor Boutique will bear your shipping charge but if you want to avoid paying extra for Cash on
delivery then kindly proceed paying online through Paytm, GooglePay, PhonePay, BHIM, UPI, Credit cards, Debit cards, net banking, ETC.
