Q. Order Exchange :

A. You can change your order before it’s dispatched for our hub. Simply Email/ Facebook/ WhatsApp/ Call us along with your order ID. Let our associate know the new desired design and we will update it before its shipped.

Q. Order Cancellation (COD) :

A. You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched for delivery. Simply Email/ Facebook/ WhatsApp/ Call us along with your order ID. Once your order is shipped , there after no cancellation will be entertained. This is applicable for only Cash on Delivery orders (COD).

Q. Order Cancellation (Pre-Paid) :

A. Once paid online, you won’t be able to cancel the order nor get any refund. However you can change your order. Simply Email/ Facebook/ WhatsApp/ Call us along with your order ID. However order once dispatched can’t be cancelled.
